At BMS, we pride ourselves on our team approach and collaboration. We offer a comprehensive and robust Benefit Service Center. The service center is staffed with highly-trained Benefit Representatives who become well-versed in your company’s benefit programs so they can answer employee’s questions confidently and with ease. Our representatives become an extension of your Human Resources department. It’s as if they are right down the hall from you.

Your employees will have telephonic access to the Benefit Service Center Monday through Friday. Employees can call and speak to a Benefits Representative knowledgeable about your company’s benefits
Employees can call for:  
Enrollment   COBRA
Claims   Changes in dependent status and life events
Eligibility   Finding a network provider
General benefit questions   Dependent Verification

Our Benefit Representatives

BMS’s dedicated Benefit Representatives not only understand the details of your benefits, but they also have the tools and authority to access all relevant data, and be empowered to escalate issues to your Benefits Manager. Our goal is to not pass the caller along to the insurance company. Our team strives to resolve all benefit-related issues with a single stop to the Benefit Service Center.
